Entrepreneurs Investment Scheme
Would £200,000 or more help to grow your business? If so, our arrangements with overseas investors may be exactly what you are looking for.
In order to be eligible, your company needs to have been trading for a least two years and the loan needs to promote business growth leading to the creation of two new jobs - at least 30 hours a week for a minimum of 12 months - within the first three years.
The Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Policy allows non-EEA nationals to invest in the UK by “establishing…and being actively involved in the running of a business or businesses in the UK.” Under Home Office rules, the entrepreneur must invest a minimum of £200,000 and not be investing in residential accommodation, property development or property management.
You can read more details of the policy here:
QR Ventures has a proven track record of successfully matching UK businesses with overseas investors. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure the process runs smoothly and that your business needs are met.
Based on the business information you provide to us, we will ‘pitch’ your plans to targeted investors matching you with an entrepreneur with the skills you desire to drive your company forward. You will interview those potential investors either by Skype or face to face meeting and finalise your agreement. We will then support you and the investor through the Home Office approval process.
If you need an investment of more than £200,000 then we would normally match you with 2 or more investors, each investing £200,000.
If this is a scheme that you feel could benefit your business, then please get in touch with us. Email email@example.com or speak to one of our advisers by calling us on 0330 053 6790.
